For marketing or sales letters, the best tip I was ever given was to write like you would speak. If you look at all the marketing letters on the Internet (a great place to learn from professional copywriters) you’ll see they don’t use formal English, they write very informally, like a letter to a friend. That helps to create a warmth and familiarity with the reader and makes them feel more comfortable and therefore more likely to buy from you – always nice in business

Thanks for checking out iwiLetter.com. We’re aware of Earth Class Mail and agree, there certainly may be some synergy between our two organizations. It appears we are addressing a similar market, from two very different points of view; getting mail vs. sending letters.

The one common, and very important, similarity appears to be that we are both being conscious of the environmental impact of sending and receiving mail and letters.
